ARE THE MONT AVENUE WATCHES WATERPROOF?
All Mont Avenue watches have a water resistant reading of 3ATM (up to 30 metres). Although the watch can endure splashing and light moisture, we recommend that you avoid contact with water as much as possible as it will significantly shorten the lifespan of the leather band.
HOW CAN I BEST CARE FOR MY LEATHER BAND?
Our genuine Italian leather straps are of a high quality however, there are simple ways to take care of your band as they are not covered by warranty. We recommend avoiding contact with water, oily substances or cosmetics (perfumes etc.) as much as possible. If your watch does come into contact with these substances, be sure to wipe it away. If your strap is overexposed to direct light or heat, this will discolour your strap.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Upon placing your order, it will be shipped within 1 business day. You will receive an email notification once your order is dispatched with your tracking ID. For orders being delivered in Australia, we use Regular Parcel Post. You can expect your watch to arrive within 3-6 business days after it has been dispatched. (other options are available to speed the delivery time at additional costs). For international orders we use Standard International Parcel Post. The time may vary on your location, though you can expect it within 10-15 business days. (other options are available to speed the delivery time at additional costs).

If there is a genuine reason that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of the transaction including your full name, the order number and the reason for the refund. Mont Avenue reserves the right to refuse a refund on the basis that you have simply changed your mind about the purchase. DOES MONT AVENUE OFFER EXCHANGES?
Yes, if you have received the wrong product or have simply changed your mind on which product you would like, Mont Avenue is happy to provide an exchange. Within 14 days of receiving your purchased items, please email us at email@example.com with your order number, full name, the reason for the exchange and the alternative item you wish to be sent back (if applicable). DOES MY WATCH COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Yes, all Mont Avenue watches are covered by 12 months manufacturer’s warranty. However, please note that your leather strap is not covered by the warranty.
HOW CAN I MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM FOR MY WATCH?
We deeply apologise if there is a manufacturing defect with your watch. At Mont Avenue we believe in the quality of our watches and will work as quickly as we can to resolve the issue. Foremost, warranty claims require proof of purchase including orders that were gifted. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as the issue arises to provide us with your order number, details of the issue and photos (if applicable). We will be in contact with you to advise you of the process once we have received your claim. Depending on the claim, either your watch will be repaired or replaced free of charge and sent back to you through our normal shipping process.
